Which schedule changes let a JetBlue traveler get a refund?
A departure moved 3 hours or more earlier, or an arrival 3 hours or more later, on a domestic trip qualifies, and 6 hours on an international trip. A nonstop changed to a connection follows the same limits.
Rebook free with the waiver code on JetBlue's waiver page, or cancel for a full refund to the original form of payment. Refund any EMDs before changing flights, and reissue at least 24 hours before departure.

How long does an unused JetBlue ticket keep its value?
Valid for 12 months from the original ticketing date. Book by that day; the trip itself can come later. A JetBlue credit can book travel for anyone. The traveler's name doesn't need to match the account.
Basic fares: Main Base fares booked after July 29, 2026 cancel for travel credit, less a $150 fee, on the same 12 months from the original ticketing date. Bookings made on or before July 29, 2026 follow JetBlue's previous fare rules.
