Short answer: Alaska sends agencies to ARC Memo Manager to review, pay or dispute memos and publishes no dispute window. Alaska's contract of carriage counts a departure or arrival moved 3 hours or more earlier or later as a significant change, along with an airport change, a downgrade or an added connection. A credit is valid for one year from the day it is issued, for travel booked and flown within that year.
